Is my photo good enough?

Most phone photos print beautifully. Our team checks every image and enhances it using AI tools before printing, so colours and detail look their best on metal. For the sharpest result, upload the original photo rather than a screenshot or a photo sent through social media.

How does the magnetic mount work?

It takes seconds and no tools: stick the magnetic base onto the back of your print, stick the magnetic sticker base to the wall, then snap the print into place. No nails and no drilling, so it’s ideal for renters. Watch how it works.

When will it arrive?

Every print is made to order in 2–5 business days, then sent with free tracked delivery in 3–7 business days Australia-wide. International delivery takes 7–14 business days after dispatch. Times can be longer in peak periods such as Christmas. Shipping policy.

What if it arrives damaged?

Email us at sales@magnetart.com.au within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and keep the packaging. Once we’ve reviewed it, we’ll repair, replace or reprint your print, or refund you. Return & refund policy.
