Return & Refund Policy

All MagnetArt products are custom-made and produced specifically based on the image and size selected by the customer.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect image selection, or incorrect size selection.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue and the packaging.
We will assess the claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Incorrect Orders
If we made an error in production, we will correct it promptly.
