What makes a personalised photo gift special?

How do I create a custom photo gift?

  1. Open our custom metal photo print page.
  2. Choose portrait or landscape, then your size.
  3. Upload your photo and check the preview.
  4. Add it to your cart and check out.

Which photo should I choose?

Choose a photo that matters to them, then pick the sharpest version you have: the original file, in focus and well lit. Match the orientation to the photo, and avoid photos where faces sit right at the edge, as the image is fitted to the print's shape.

What metal print sizes are available?

Small 20 × 30 cm, Medium 30 × 45 cm, Large 40 × 60 cm and Extra Large 60 × 80 cm, each in portrait or landscape, plus 40 × 40 cm and 60 × 60 cm squares. Current prices are shown in the size selector above. Compare them in our size guide.

Can I order a personalised gift for a birthday or anniversary?

Yes. Allow time for production (usually 2–5 business days) and delivery (usually 3–7 business days within Australia), so order well before the date. Short on time? A MagnetArt gift card is sent by email.

How long does delivery take in Australia?

Every print is made to order, which usually takes 2–5 business days. Delivery within Australia then takes 3–7 business days, with free standard shipping and Express available at checkout. These are estimates, and peak periods such as Christmas can take longer. See our shipping policy.

Can I send the order directly to the recipient?

Yes. At checkout, enter the recipient's name and address as the shipping address and we'll deliver the print to them.

What if my uploaded photo is low resolution?

Larger prints need more detail, so a small or heavily compressed image can print softer than expected, especially at bigger sizes. Upload the original photo rather than a screenshot or a copy from social media. If you're unsure, contact us before you order.
